Your OG Bean Heads, Aaron and Samantha, have recently relocated from Miami, Florida, bringing with them a wealth of experience and a vision to create something extraordinary.  

Aaron, a classically trained chef, has an impressive background working at nationally acclaimed restaurants from New York to Miami, and even a Michelin star-rated restaurant in France. He has spent over two decades not just creating masterpieces in the kitchen, but also running top restaurants around the country. His culinary expertise promises to bring a high level of sophistication and flavor to Wilmington’s up and coming dining scene.

Samantha, originally from Chicago, rose to prominence in the downtown Chicago bar scene before showcasing her mixology talents at top restaurants and bars all over Miami. As a creative director and stylist, she has a knack for turning ideas into captivating visuals and experiences. Samantha's innovative cocktail creations have caught the attention of major liquor companies, for whom she has developed signature drinks. With a passion for pushing creative boundaries and an immense background in both food and cocktail development this dynamic duo has opened Bean Head Coffee Bar!
